Dismas came to Hope of the Nations Bible College (HNBC) as a student. We quickly noticed his leadership potential and his love for the Word of God. As his graduation approached 3½ years later, we asked him to pray about staying on with HofN. We wanted him to be our Bible College campus pastor and to help start a church at the campus. God led him to stay, and now we have 2 churches in town. Our English church meets near the Bible College campus, and the Swahili church meets at our Primary School.

Also, Dismas teaches some classes at HNBC as well as translating for guest teachers – including all their class notes. He’s a busy guy and a great asset to the team!

Dismas continues to have a powerful ministry encouraging our Bible College grads, as well as local pastors, to stay true to the Word of God. They seek out Dismas for answers and wisdom.

Dismas’ two daughters sing with our worship teams at both the English and Swahili services, and his second to the youngest son graduated from our Primary School.

What a blessing they are to our ministry!
